Pre s4 deets
- Maeve and Caleb go around destroying all the multiple Rehoboam’s. They are going to the last one, talking about what they’ll do once the war is over. They make it through the security with help from Maeve’s mind powers. They set up the bombs and then arm them. Someone tries to shoot them, so they run while the last Rehoboam explodes. Caleb gets shot. While he’s almost dying, Maeve drags him to try her best to heal him, applying pressure to the wound. He coughs up blood and says that he guesses he’ll never know what life after this will be like, what freedom will be like and Maeve uses his implant to show him what freedom felt like. She takes him to a hospital and saves his life. She sat with him for weeks until he woke up. She realized that for him to be free, he needed her to leave him. So she left and went into the woods to live alone for seven years.

She drives her truck up the mountain to get a look before using it as a distraction to make them think she was in it and shoot it. So she can sneak up on them and shoot the truck, exploding it and killing some of them before eventually killing all the rest of them b/c fuck you! Also she axes one of them. She demands information and he refuses to give it.
- She goes back into the cabin after killing him and hooks herself up to his pearl, looking back and seeing his memories, most specifically of him talking to William. She nopes the fuck out of that cabin, setting it on fire…and now she has to go find Caleb.

Episode 2
- Caleb and Maeve talk about the last seven years as she drives to a place. She turns off the cameras and meets with the Senator and his wife. They are threatening them and she shoots the senator, realizing he was a host and so was his wife. They are able to withstand her commands and a fight ensues. She shoots him in the dick b/c…why not? Then, as Caleb is being choked by the wife, she knifes her through the head. Then she interrogates him once he’s under her control. She asks who he is and finds out there are 249 others like him. She sees his memories and finds out that the senator’s real wife is in the barn…also sees the conversation with William, the stabbing of the real wife, the death of the real senator…and Charlotte’s arrival. It’s worse than she thought.
- Maeve and Caleb go to the barns to find the senator’s actual wife. Find her surrounded by dead horses and smelling terribly. She suddenly tells that her old friend wants to see them…and to meet him at Don Giovanni.
- They show up to the opera house and find no sign of any Hosts…or anyone to be fair. They go to look at the music player. Maeve stops it and the platform starts descending. They argue about how things went back with the senator and that she should have a gun. They open the door at the end of the hallway after the platform stops and find other people in a room that looks like a bar. Caleb orders Maeve a sherry and she orders for Caleb, telling him that he’s a featherweight with drink.
- They start talking about what happened back at the lighthouse. Maeve notes she saved his life and they did what they said they would do. Get on with their lives. Then the train that they were on this whole time started moving and Maeve laments that she should have known. She ran away, crossed the shining sea, and when she finally put her feet back on solid ground…all she found was the same old shit.
- Someone approaches them to check them in. Maeve checks them in with her abilities. Maeve makes a lot of jokes about dying and coming back in reasonably good health. The Host in charge asks a bunch of questions about their history and suggests that they choose their outfits and accessories. Maeve goes straight for the guns and Caleb stares at the suits as the Host offers to help him get his clothes on or with something more and Maeve tells her to leave and that he can get himself dressed.
- Caleb helps Maeve zip up her dress. The Host comes back to offer them the choice of a hat and they both refuse, walking out the door into the train. The vibe is 1920s and everything is uncomfortable. Especially Maeve and Caleb.

Episode 3
- The 1920s continues. Life is real. Maeve walks Caleb through the park, guiding him past the “side shows”. She mentions that they have to make their way underground. They go into the 1920s version of the Mariposa, Maeve grabs sherry and a cigar to wait for the same story to play out. And so it does. The counterpart of Maeve is there. A prostitute hits of Caleb and she tells him that his services won’t be needed. The music changes and the counterpart of Hector shows up, shooting a cop. They’re here to rob the Mariposa 2.0 as per the regularly scheduled programming. The barkeep gets killed. Maeve makes her commentary. There’s a sadness as the fake version of Hector delivers a familiar line before killing both her counterpart and Hector’s. She feels like they have enough bait now for the “undertaker”.
- They climb on the back of the truck with the dead Hosts and are transported underground. They act dead until the workers are deported. They make their way around downstairs, grabbing a trifold tablet and manipulating it to show things to her. Maeve realizes that something is off on this level. A security breach alarm goes off and they realize that none of this is real. The level they’re on is just a version of Westworld. Maeve gets shot in the shoulder and Caleb picks up a gun and shoots people as they get Maeve to safety.
- Maeve finds the elevator to the lower level and Caleb offers to help heal her with the plasma healing torch. They spot Hosts carrying larvae in a lab. They are running some sort of tests that involve flies. Maeve realizes that they’re infecting the flies with whatever the virus is. She notes that the flies seem to like Caleb.
- Maeve hears an unusual frequency which Caleb can’t hear and goes to investigate. She uses her abilities to open a door to investigate further. There’s a device that is emitting the sound. The videos show people doing things. The people on the screens are being controlled. It makes them all shoot themselves. Maeve tries to break into the holding cells and she’s not able to. They spot what appears to be Frankie in a cell (spoiler: it’s not) and Caleb runs off to find her, seeing all the dead people. He finds the fake Frankie and Maeve continues to try to break into the rooms. Caleb tries to break Frankie out of the room and Maeve is finally able to break through the encryption and get to fake Frankie.
- Too late, Maeve realizes that that’s not Frankie and is confronted by William’s Host version. They fight and Maeve shoots William before running off. Fake!Frankie tells Caleb that he can’t leave and that “she” wants him to stay. That ends up being Hale. Maeve continues to fight against William who reveals he’s a Host. Then Caleb gets locked in the room. Caleb finally realizes that Frankie is not the Frankie he knew. She releases flies on him in order to mind control him.

Episode 4
- Caleb is stuck with Hale, but her mind control powers aren’t working the way she expected them to.
- Maeve is talking to William, who tells her that all her friends are gone. She’s the only one left. That information given to her, she fights William if only to get away from him and into the system. She hides in the room while William taunts her. She uses her abilities to gain control of the systems and use the device to make a noise loud enough to destroy things and hurt the other Hosts in the building, breaking the glass, and freeing Caleb. She’s able to escape because she can’t hear. She turns her auditory systems back on and goes to save Caleb.
- In the process of breaking the glass, she frees the flies in that part of the park. She and Caleb drag Hale with them.
- Maeve knocks out one of the hosts, taking the handcuffs and putting Hale in them. Hale says that if Maeve would just go alone, she could survive. She notes the sound of the machine is back again. Caleb is being affected, but he’s trying to fight it off. Maeve tries to stop him from making a mistake and he gets stabbed in the side before they get into the car and drive off.
- Caleb is injured and Maeve is driving. She tells him why she left in the past, that she left him so that he could have a real life. And she got curious and reached out to find him only for it to backfire and bring them both out of hiding.
- She drives them to a facility so they can call her team. William shows up and Maeve goes out to fight him. Caleb, despite having mind control fly parasite, disobey’s Hale and shoots William. Then William shoots Maeve in the chest. Since she’s going to die anyway and he’s stabbed her, she activates the bombs and explodes them both to save Caleb and destroy William.
- Unfortunately, Caleb still dies. Womp womp.
- In the future, Bernard, a grown up Frankie, and all her people find Maeve’s body buried in the sands…23 years later.

Episode 6
- Her body is taken back to the other WW type place.
- Bernard is making a copy of her data, but he says that they can’t let Frankie’s friends interfere with that. While it’s being uploaded, he fixes her body while Frankie talks about her mother.
- Maeve shows up at the last minute, awake to kill the fake version of Frankie’s friend. She and Frankie talk and they both heard Caleb’s message. She tells Frankie that when she left, she thought she was giving Caleb a chance. Frankie said she knew if there was a chance of him being alive, he’d be with her.
- Maeve tells Frankie that they should finish what they started.

Episode 7
- Maeve goes with Bernard to the facility where the sublime (the valley beyond) is. She has a big gun. She questions why she’s always the one in the lead and Bernard tells her it’s because she’s the better fighter. She goes to shoot a giant robot when Bernard stops her and opens the door to the sublime.
- He tells her there’s a few things they need to see to first. Maeve says she could do with a drink and kills the large robot first. She tells Bernard that she intends to set the humans free and asks to be sent to the sublime when it’s over, making him promise. He promises…but he doesn’t mean it b/c the only way out involves everyone dying. RIP.
- Maeve comes back with Bernard and they make a plan to go to the tower and take down Hale and the tower itself. Maeve asks Frankie to tell Caleb she kept her promise. Frankie says she can tell them when they rendezvous at Red Hook. Maeve just smiles because she expects to be in the sublime.
- Maeve and Bernard make their way to the tower and Maeve has to fight another giant robot, except that Bernard figured out their encryption and was able to shut it down before she had to. They kill one of the creepy white Hosts and drag it away. Bernard says that he needs to get up tower and asks Maeve to buy him some time. Bernard reveals that Maeve isn’t going to make it out of this fight no matter what they do. There isn’t any way to save this world because everyone’s going to die. He gives her the choice to fight or leave and she chooses to fight.
- Maeve shows up to fight Hale and Hale says she didn’t have anything to live for and that she says she could have joined her. Maeve basically say thanks, but no thanks. No one wants to be part of your dumb club. There’s a fight that goes from inside, to the outside. She tries to drown Hale, but one of the weird white Hosts up and hits back.
- “Do you honestly think you can win?” “We didn’t come here to win. We came here to survive.”
- Then she gets shot in the head by William.
